    I offer Birth and Postpartum Doula services and attend your birth at the place of your choice. 1:1, or group classes for birth preparation and Childbirth Education is offered.

    Pregnancy Package
    At Soul Purpose Doula, we are here to support you every step of the way, offering a comprehensive pregnancy package that nurtures your body, mind, and spirit. I will attend one prenatal appointment of your choice, I will also provide evidence based information throughout your pregnancy so that you can stay informed and make the best choices. We will go over pain relief techniques, labor positions, and I will provide recommendations to things such as Yoga classes, Chiropractors, Pelvic Floor Specialists, and Massage Therapists. In addition, you will receive 20+ birth affirmation cards to use during your pregnancy and labor.

    Birth Doula Package
    The Birth Package includes: Comprehensive childbirth education that incorporates Christian values, preparing you physically, emotionally, and spiritually for labor and delivery. Regular meetings to discuss your hopes, address any concerns, and provide support and encouragement. Comfort measures such as massage, positioning, and breathing techniques to help manage pain and facilitate labor progression and much more!

    Postpartum Doula Package
    $ 35 /hr
    The postpartum period is a time of profound change and growth. My goal is to empower you to embrace this new chapter with confidence, drawing strength from your faith and the love that surrounds you. Together, we will create a nurturing environment where you and your baby can thrive, celebrating the miracle of new life every step of the way. ​ I have 4 postpartum packages to choose from, or we can customize one to fit the needs of your family!
