    Hello y'all! My name is Masha and I am a birth doula and midwifery student in the Sacramento area.

    My journey to birth work started many years ago - as a girl I dreamed about my own children and births, and as a teenager, I felt a deep desire to one day support the women in my life during birth. That desire lead me to find midwifery school, which lead me into my doula work. My dream is that every family can receive respectful and loving guidance in the precious moments of pregnancy and birth because I know that birth is deeply impactful on all those involved.

    Please do not hesitate to reach out to me. I want every family that desires a doula to have the opportunity to work with one, so am flexible and open to discussion, payment plans, trade/bartering, etc. If I am not the right fit for you, I will happily refer you to my wonderful colleagues.

    This is the simplest birth package designed for experienced mamas who are simply looking for hands-on birth support. - Free Consultation (phone or Zoom) - Virtual Support (phone, text, email) - 1 Prenatal Meeting (1-2 hours in length) to create and review birth desires and plans - On call starting at 38 weeks - Attendance at birth with continuous emotional and hands-on support - 1 Postpartum Meeting (1-2 hours in length) to check in, debrief birth, and provide hands-on postpartum & lactation support

    Poppy Birth Package
    This is the classic comprehensive birth package designed for mamas who are looking to thoroughly educate and prepare themselves for pregnancy, birth and beyond. - Free Consultation (phone or Zoom) - Virtual Support (phone, text, email) - 2 Prenatal Meetings (1-2 hours in length) for discussions, education, creating birth desires and partner support - On call starting at 38 weeks - Attendance at birth with continuous emotional and hands-on support - 1 Postpartum Meeting (1-2 hours in length) to check in, debrief birth, and provide hands-on postpartum & lactation support; additional postpartum meeting may be agreed upon at no additional charge if necessary
