    I got married really young at the age of 18. After a couple of years my husband and I decided we were ready to start a family. I ran into some fertility struggles, but after a couple more years, I got pregnant with my daughter. My husband and I lived in South Carolina at the time because he was in the marine corps, so we went through pregnancy, birth to and postpartum alone. It taught me a lot about myself but was also very traumatic. I wish I would have had a doula to lean on in those times and to advocate for both me and my baby. I want to be this person for someone else.

I am open to all types of birth from all natural to very monitored, either way I will be your biggest advocate. I believe that birth can be the most empowering moments in a women’s life.     Pricing packages

    Basic birth package
    $ 1000
    This package would include 2 prenatal visits(ideally around 30 weeks and 35-37 weeks) so I can get to know you and find out your expectation and your goals for this birth. I would be on call for when you go into labor, this includes if you think you might be going into labor but aren’t sure. I will stay with you until a couple hours after baby is born to make sure you have everything you need so you can enjoy those moments. As well as 1 postpartum visit(around 3 hours)anytime in the first 2 weeks of babies life. To talk about how you are feeling physically, mentally and emotionally and see where I can help.

    Postpartum package
    $ 30 /hr
    Including but not limited to, helping with chores around the house, grocery shopping, watching baby so you can rest, organizing, etc.

      Mariha is a very knowledgeable and sweet person and an amazing doula! She has a calming demeanor and makes you feel safe and comfortable around her. I highly recommend her to anybody!
