    Hello everyone! My name is Mariah and I am a birth doula (DONA-trained in 2024). I am extremely passionate about providing compassionate and highly personalized support throughout pregnancy, labor, birthing, and the fourth trimester. I got started as a doula in 2023 after my own first-time birth experience. I've since made it my mission to improve access to high quality doula services. I'm located in northern New Jersey and I also provide comprehensive virtual doula services and online individual consultations.
