I started Kristina's Peaceful Care in 2019 shortly after receiving my doula training from DONA International. I immediately fell in love with being a doula and supporting families through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. It has been such a privilege and honor to serve families at such an important time of their life! I provide birth doula support for families wherever they choose to birth! However, I specialize in home birth.

She was an invaluable support to me and my husband. Without her, I don’t think I would have achieved my goal of an unmedicated hospital birth. She helped me prepare and manage expectations, she provided physical support for pain relief and during active labor, and she was a great advocate for us. My birth story would have be completely different without her. 100% would hire again. I cannot stress how highly I recommend.

When she came in, I instantly felt peace–my labor was getting intense, and she brought such assurance and confidence. She knew exactly how to guide me through different pain management techniques calmly! And she even helped make sure my baby was in good position with some exercises to do in labor–everything went so smoothly and she made sure we were set up well before leaving! There’s so so much more I could write! She’s amazing and having her truly is a peaceful experience!
