Practice overview
My name is Katie Noall and I’m the owner of GraNOALLa. I chose that name because 1) it’s a cute pun and 2) who doesn’t love crunchy, yummy, healthy granola? Fun fact: I was actually eating granola when the name of my business was born! Meant to be! I am a Birth Doula and Foot Zone Therapist serving Cache Valley and surrounding areas. My husband and I have three kids and we homeschool, love to read, cook, play, and go on a lot of nature adventures. I knew I wanted to become a Doula after the birth of my second child when I experienced the magic of having a Doula myself. I believe in empowering women to advocate for themselves. No one made any choices for me as I birthed my babies. Through the process of pregnancy and birth, those I have invited into my circle have provided information and education. It is my ultimate goal as a Birth Doula to do the same - provide information and education - so mamas can make informed decisions to achieve their desired birth experiences, however that may look/wherever that may be. I am a firm believer in the power of the mind AND heart and have personally experienced the transformational effects of belief, faith in oneself, and fearless love. I feel so honored to be invited to support women and witness their strength in such a sacred space. I offer one Foot Zone as part of my Doula package, either prenatal or postpartum. Mama's choice!

Always making sure I had everything I needed and waited on me hand and foot. Her foot zoning sessions were surprisingly enlightening and healing for me. I am forever changed by her.

She helped keep the calm and relaxed ora I wanted even through the hardest parts of labor. She is very knowledgeable, gentle, kind, easy to become friends with and easy to work with! Katie is someone you can always lean on for love, support and concerns. She has the biggest heart and was one of the most impactful persons attending my birth and supporting me postpartum.
