As an Eco Maternity Consultant, Postpartum Doula, and mama bear to three littles, the two main focuses of Eco Nesting Co. are 1) Nesting Doula and 2) Postpartum Doula.
A Nesting Doula helps growing families optimize the health of their home environment for their developing babies. With toxin awareness, and without overwhelm, we look at air quality, water quality, mold susceptibility, materials quality, and EMF’s (electromagnetic frequencies). We also look at the systems and routines in the home to best prepare for the transitions ahead with baby. Some of the services offered as a Nesting doula are: Eco Maternity Registry, Eco Nesting the Nursery, Nesting Party, and Nesting Guide.

Since becoming a mother myself, I have been absolutely fascinated by Matresence, the journey of motherhood. The beauty, the chaos, the challenges, the transformations that take place. The perfect and messy design of it all leaves me in awe. As a postpartum doula I provide nurturing support and education to mama, babe and family.
I respect the very intimate and vulnerable journey you are inviting me to be a part of. I recognize the very tender time this is for the whole family and aim to represent a calming, and helpful presence.
The two main packages are 1) The Basics and 2) The Basics Plus
Basics is 16 hrs of postpartum care and covers all the basics that make one feel human again. Rest, nourishment, healing/hygiene and connection. The Basics Plus is 30 hrs of Postpartum care.

There are single session add-ons to packages, and stand alone options starting at $45/hr as well.
