Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their options for their ideal birthing experience. We will have 2 sessions in order to create birth plans with and without medical interventions. Additionally, we will discuss what to bring to the birthing location to help with comfort measures.

Digital Doula

This exclusively virtual service includes: Birth Prepardness Package 3 virtual prenatal sessions for the birthing individual and support person to go over various topics but not limited to nutrution, birth rights, comfort measures, stages of labor, and the fourth trimester Unlimited text/phone/video support as soon as you book services Continuous labor support 4 virtual follow-up postpartum visits within the first month of birth Personalized resource list Self-care plan assistance Postpartum planning assistance

Pandemic Package
$

This online and in-person offering is only available on a case by case basis. This package includes everything in the Digital Doula package. Additionally, if there are restrictions from the hosptital that prevent me from attending your birth in-person, I will support you as you labor at home. When you arrive at the hospital, I will continue to support you virtually until an hour after you deliver. Morever, you will have 6 follow-up postpartum visits within the first two months following the birth.
