Complementary consultation, either virtual or by phone. Unlimited text and email prenatal support 24/7 on-call support from 38 weeks through birth. Two in-person prenatal visits which include: clarifying birth intentions, partner support and practicing comfort measures/coping techniques. Side-by-side support through labor and birth. One to two hours of immediate postpartum and breastfeeding support One in-home postpartum visit to process your birth, assist with breastfeeding, answer any questions and connect you to any necessary resources.

She is able to hold space for birthing people and families without being over-bearing. She is humble and non-judgmental towards all and a true birth worker. Her clients are lucky to have her, as am I to be her peer.

She is quick to communicate and respond, eager to help and flexible in addressing our needs. Eldrid has offered help in every aspect possible: feeding and soothing our baby, watching him while we nap, cooking large lunches for us to have on hand, walking our dog, helping my wife with postpartum recovery care. Not to mention the amazing cookies she makes which are delicious and nutritious. She is a kind sounding board, listening to our experience as new parents and helping us through this process however she can.
