I became interested in becoming a doula after experiencing my birth without my mom by my side due to health complications. I was young, it was challagening and I was yearning for that nuturishing, advocating soul to be present with me. With my second pregnancy I decided to get a doula because me and my husband was unsure if he would be deployed or not. I realized how much having a doula made a difference and it definitely made an impact on me! It was the push I needed to finish the process for me to become one! Let's Doula This Baby offers birth and postpartum doula, & childbirth education to expecting mothers.

    - Initial consultation to discuss birth preferences, concerns, and expectations - Two prenatal visits to provide education on labor and birth techniques, comfort measures, and birth plan assistance - On-call support starting at 37 weeks gestation until the birth of your baby - Continuous labor support, including emotional and physical support, reassurance, and advocacy during labor and birth - Assistance with initial breastfeeding latch and postpartum support - One postpartum visit within the first week after birth to offer guidance and answer any questions or concerns

    $ 1200
    - All services included in Package 1, plus: - 2 additional prenatal visits for extended education and personalized birth plan development - Assistance with creating a comprehensive postpartum plan, including meal preparation, light household chores, and newborn care guidance - Two additional postpartum visits to provide continued support, breastfeeding assistance, and emotional well-being check-ins - Unlimited phone, text, and email support throughout whole pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period - 1 week worth of meal prep for family (lunch & dinner) or 2 30 minute guided yoga sessions

    Postpartum Doula
    $ 35 /hr
    - Provide emotional support and guidance to parents as they navigate the challenges of caring for a newborn - Assist with breastfeeding and other aspects of infant care - Help with light household chores, such as laundry, dishes, and meal preparation - Offer information and resources on postpartum recovery and self-care - Provide overnight support so parents can get much-needed rest - Offer referrals as needed
