I named my practice ReNu birth because it represents the rebirth of birthing persons into parents and welcomes the new birth of their child. I started this practice after completing my training as a doula with Mama Glow and I have since been supporting birthing persons on their journeys. My support includes advocacy, comfort, education, and meditation.

My practice as a doula revolves around the upmost well being of my birthing clients and their babies. Giving birthing persons their power back to take control of their birth and allowing them a safe, comfortable and joyous environment to bring their child into the world. Supporting birthing persons in their decisions, actions and during the physical portion of birth is my ultimate goal.
