    Practice overview

My main goal is to support and educate parents. There is so much information out there you just don't know what to believe. My information comes from fact-based sources and years of experience with babies and mamas. I will help you get the answers you need to make the best decision for you and help you to stick firm to your choices when the world might seem against you. I also want my moms to feel in control of their labor and delivery. Not everyone gets exactly what they want, but I will make sure that no matter what twists and turns may occur you feel heard and supported.

I’m so glad we decided to hire Amanda for our first pregnancy. She was an invaluable resource before, during, and after labor & delivery. In between doctor’s visits, her responsiveness was reassuring that we had someone to answer questions when needed. Amanda assisted with drafting our birth plan and guided us through all of our options, that we didn’t even know we had. My husband felt supported, which in turn made me feel supported by both of them. I felt in control of the entire process and empowered while delivering our beautiful baby boy, because I had all the tools I needed thanks to Amanda’s help and insight.

Amanda has a true gift with babies. She helped us form our birth plan, kept me focused during labor, and snuggled with my baby when I desperately needed a break. Her knowledge was super helpful for making decisions before and during labor. I can tell she truly delights in her work and loves empowering mamas.

My prenatal, labor and postpartum care with Amanda was excellent! I could not of done it without her! She is very knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. I could go on and on about her great qualities. I would 100% recommend her to expecting parents and I would love to use her again for my future pregnancies.
